A It's a phone call in which you'll be asked questions to complete the first part of the application process. The interview only takes about 10-15 minutes. An interviewer will call you within 24-48 hours from the time your agent sends the order to them. If we are unable to reach you we will leave a message with an 800 number for you to call. Please use this number to call us at your convenience to complete the interview.

A Yes. Gathering the information you'll need ahead of time will make the process run more quickly and smoothly. First, you will be asked to verify basic identifying information - full name, address, date and state of birth, Social Security number, drivers' license number and state of issue, and phone numbers for home and work.
A All policies require that you have some type of medical exam. An examiner will call you to set up a time to meet either at your home, office, or at the examination company's location, wherever is most convenient for you. (Exam is paid for by the insurance company) Please have the following information available for the examiner:
- Names, addresses and phone numbers for all physicians or clinics you have visited for routine check-ups or treatment.
- Names of all prescribed medication used, including dosage and frequency.
A The information gathered during the brief, confidential phone interview will be transferred to formal application forms and delivered to you by the examiner for your review and signature. After reviewing your application and exam results, an underwriter may request additional information from other sources, such as a report from your physician or a motor vehicle report to complete the underwriting process. Once your application has been received and your exam has been completed, the average time for approval and policy delivery is 4 - 6 weeks.
